SC10 4X4 Clutch Basket
Here's the view of the parts you'll be using.
Working from left to right, this is the order that the parts go onto the shaft.
Remove slipper hardware, and outer slipper pad.
Install clutch basket, It may be tight.
Install one slipper pad
Install the stainless steel disc.
Add another slipper pad (NOT included).
Install the slipper disc and hardware and you're done.
Well, kinda. Now your dust cover will hit the slipper disc. One solution is to heat up the cover, and stretch it a little, using a motor. another is just cutting it out, and gluing a dust cover from a B4/T4 on it.
We have stripped out a couple of 48 pitch spur gears, so 32 pitch is only recommended. It is also recommended to start with the slipper nut flush with the shaft.
